Low Fat Lotus Warm Almond Latte

A low-fat, high-protein almond latte made with decaf, milk powder, and collagen for steady energy and a gentle morning lift.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1–2 tsp decaf instant crystals (or coffee of choice)

  • 1–2 tbsp nonfat milk powder

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • Stevia to taste

  • A splash of almond extract

  • Cinnamon (for topping)

  • Optional: splash of coconut milk or dairy milk

Instructions

  • Heat your water until nearly boiling.

  • Add decaf crystals to your mug.

  • Stir in milk powder and collagen until creamy and dissolved.

  • Add stevia and almond extract.

  • Top with a pinch of cinnamon.

  • Sip, breathe, and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess: add 1–2 tbsp warm skim milk or coconut milk.

  • I put it in my blender for extra frothiness or use a handheld frother.
  • Add a drop of vanilla for a more dessert-like drink.

  • Perfect with your protein bread or a bowl of yogurt and fruit.
